He brings over 20 years of demonstrated success in brand, channel and product marketing, having worked in the home improvement products and office products industries with companies such as Kohler, Newell-Rubbermaid, and Master Lock.
He graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Music and Business
and, from the University of Wisconsin with his MBA in Marketing and International Business.
His interest in “aging adults” led to the creation of a second company—I M Design Consortium, LLC.
Formed in a partnership with IndependenceFirst, a Milwaukee-based non-profit, IMDC specializes in
developing products and services for this special audience.
Mark is known for his extensive business network and his ability to leverage this network to assemble the right combination of resources to deliver insanely great business results for clients.
An expert in strategic planning, brand development, new product development and market research, Kelly brings over 20 years of experience working within large organizations marketing premium brands. Brands such as GTE, Sylvania Lighting, Sara Lee, and Kohler.
While at M Force, her product involvement includes plumbing products, natural lighting, paint applicators, staplers and lighting/traffic poles. Clients include Valmont, Kohler, Broan-Nutone, John Deere, Purdy, ACCO/Swingline and Lamplight Farms.
Her professional experience has spanned product development, market research, product line management, strategic planning, brand management and channel development areas.
Kelly graduated with highest distinction from the University of Virginia–McIntire School of Commerce,
with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce—major in Marketing and Management, concentration in Finance.
She also completed the GTE Executive Training program.
She is known for successfully managing a wide variety of complex business initiatives. She develops actionable strategies which are based on the needs of the customer, strategies which are measurable, and strategies which can be applied across all areas of companies. She is process oriented and has been intimately involved in the creation of new product development systems within several organizations.
An expert on consumer insights, Samantha brings almost 15 years of advertising and marketing strategy experience to the table, having worked on a variety of Fortune 500 global brands while at Leo Burnett, FCB, Sapient (e-consultancy), and 141 Worldwide, prior to coming to M Force.
Past and current clients range from wireless technology to mature consumer goods, including Kellogg’s, Kraft, Nokia, Callaway Golf, Verizon, Microsoft Xbox and Ace Paints. Areas of professional expertise and interest include brand strategy development, insight and trend analysis for advertising/ PR and promotions, digital branding strategies, and global brand equity management.
Sam’s background is well suited to her profession—she graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in Anthropology and Psychology, and the University of Michigan Business School with her MBA in Marketing and Finance, graduating with highest distinction. She has trained at the Burke Institute, CIPSI (Creative Institute for Problem Solving) and is a certified "expert" in facial micro-expression recognition techniques.
She is a bit of a new media hound, and when not working, raising kids and volunteering, she is busy exploring Facebook and other social media. She is known for building strong and effective agency/client relationships built on trust, candor, and results.
An expert in marketing innovation and new product development, John brings over 25 years of line management experience with Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial companies such as Pillsbury, H.J. Heinz, and Bernard Foods.
Since founding J. Levine & Associates in 1994, he has led new product-related initiatives in the areas of innovation strategy, category opportunity assessment, ideation, and brand extension. For established products, engagements have included brand revitalization, growth strategy, and brand development.
